Platform Analytics Experience

It is with regards to the out of the box dashboard "IT Manager".

 

Recently our instance upgraded from Vancouver to Washington with that Platform analytics also migrated to new Platform Analytics Experience. Post migration the out of the box dashboard "IT Manager" is not working as expected whereas it works properly with old version. There was no change made manually, all the indicators / breakdowns / Indicator Sources / Breakdown sources / Formula Indicators used in the dashboard are same.

 

We haven't migrated our sandbox instance to new Platform Analytics Experience yet where the IT Manager dashboard works well. Does anyone face similar kind of issue? is there any good way to troubleshoot or solve this issue?

Could you elaborate on what doesn't work as expected?

Hi, 

 

In the production instances, output from all the indicators like Customer Satisfaction Score, % Breached SLAs, planned changes etc. are not getting updated based on the selection of service, only Indicators related to Incident data are updating whereas in another instance based on service selection most of the indicators are showing correct output. You will find difference in attached snapshots
