Platform Analytics Open in New Tab Blocked

We are at the beginning of building out our migration plan from Core UI dashboards and reporting to Platform Analytics and during validation of functionality I have found that when right-clicking a reference within a visualization and selecting to Open in New Tab the tab opens as "about:blank#blocked".

The same actions from Core UI works fine.

Has anyone encountered the same issue and know how to resolve it please?

Not as yet but I am going to.

It is not just list visualization but also I see it on pivot table with similar links, but not sure many others have similar open link options as bar, pie etc are just drill through only.

I expect some others like calendar might have the same issue.

I have raised a support ticket and very disappointed with the answer that this is as designed.  As customers are effectively being forced to migrate to Platform Analytics from Core UI Reporting & Dashboards (by Zurich at latest), it is disappointing to find existing functionality no longer supported (this is not the only thing we have found).

we are working with the List team to ensure that in the next release (safe harbour Zurich), you can hover/right-click and select the link to the record in the List.
We will verify if the same behavior can apply to the Pivot table visualizations.

@Wayne Gumbley You should be able to right-click or command/control click and open a new tab, we have supported the functionality from Xanadu for all the visualization types.

@martapenzo thanks for the feedback, in what patch level in xanadu is this available?  we have a poc instance at patch 3 and I still see the same symptoms.
