Platform Analytics Pie Chart visualization with "All others" slice

I am creating an uptime pie chart based on our Service Availability table. I want to show all services that have an uptime below 99.95 each with their own slice of the pie, and then group all services with an uptime of 100% into an "All Others" slice. See attachment for reference.

That's not possible in ServiceNow.
