Platform Analytics - year on year comparison

Core UI Reporting offered a way to do a monthly trend line chart which could compare the number of incidents raised this year vs last year summarizing and trending the data by just the month name (no year included).  Performance Analytics Indicator capabilities also offered a year over year comparison.  Is there a way to do this year over year comparison with Platform Analytics with a simple line chart trending by just the month name (without year included)?  When selecting the "Month" trend option in Platform Analytics the year is included with the month name.

Thank you for the information.  When I try to replicate Year over Year line chart against a ServiceNow table, trending by month, 4 months appear twice. The configuration looks to be the same between the 2 datasets I am using.  Any tips on why this might be happening?   For example, January, February, March, and April appear twice across the bottom of the chart, then May, June, July, etc... appear.
