Platform Analytics

Hi,

recently we have upgraded to washington D.C, and while testing platform analytics visualisations, dashboard data is redirecting to '/now/nav/ui/home' instead of data records.

Any idea how can we resolve this..

when i click on score - it redirects to 

can someone help me to resolve this issue.

Hello! I don't know how to resolve your issue, really, but I believe the Platform Analytics workspace was deprecated in Washington and moved to the menu. I don't know whether that has anything to do with the issue, but you could try accessing the visualizations/dashboards from the menu and see if it works?

              Recently our instance also got upgraded to Xanadu and still the data records are pushing us to native UI instead of opening the list in the Workspace. Have you solved the issue for the redirection?
