Hi,

 

recently we have upgraded to washington D.C, and while testing platform analytics visualisations, dashboard data is redirecting to '/now/nav/ui/home' instead of data records.

 

Any idea how can we resolve this..

can someone help me to resolve this issue.

Finally found a solution after creating a case. 

Here is the solution : 
The PRB1790898 has been fixed in SR - PA - Platform Analytics Experience Bundle - v6.0.1. You can update it, once it is available for you to download. 

In the meantime you can apply the below workaround.

  1. Navigate to the sys_ux_app table.
  2. Check the "Multiple Experiences" property for the "Unified Navigation app shell", which is currently set to false.
  3. When this property is set to false, all navigations are treated as unsupported, causing the Unified Navigation system to default to the Homepage.
  4. To resolve the issue, update the "Multiple Experiences" property for the "Unified Navigation app shell" to true:
  5. Switch the scope to Polaris app shell [to edit the property value above]
