PowerBI connector

Hi,

 

   I am looking to use powerBi connector top integrate Service Now with PowerBI,  when i go to the service Now store, I see the the connector is PAID, however if i see the PowerBI site it says that the connector has monthly cost.

 

can some one explain pls, is it paid by service now or the cost shoukld be paid by usage by the users
