Can someone please guide me to create below report 

duplicate Printers needs to be tracked , ( serial number, name, ip address as all these are unique values)-serial numbers or name or ip addresses are duplicated, those duplicated count should show

what is some output that you expect from this?

Is it just a one-time list or a chance to track it periodically?

It can be one or more of followings:

• conditions set in a list view for [cmdb_ci] or eventually [cmdb_ci_printer] tables, depending on how your CMDB is governed
• data visualisation (= report) or dashboard
• schedule job
• ,,,

In what form do you want this - exported to excel or visible in ServiceNow is enough?
