When i open a record from a 'list' visualization (next experience dashboard), i don't see the up/down arrow to navigate to the next/previous record on the list.

I just verified in my PDI and yes this is standard OOTB behavior
It won't show you Up and Down arrow when you open record

You are correct here, and it is expected behavior. I will also check in my PDI as it might be due to the data coming from reports and not directly from the list view from native.
