"“Report Only Visible To A Specific Group or User”- Error in dashboard (London version).

Hi All,

I have a dashboard walk up dashboard where we have few reports. In reports user is Global. I have shared this dashboard with 2 users one with edit access n one with read access.

For the one with read access dashboard is accessible but the reports are not displaying any data. Giving error as "Report Only Visible To A Specific Group or User” .

Can anyone help me in fixing this asap...

Hi Nisha,

Go to the reports that you have created.

Click on share icon, there you will see Share link. Click on that share link and check to which users this report is shared. And add the user who does not have access to the report.

Hi for this, there was restriction by role. User with role sn_walkup.walkup_manager role can see those reports.

So, afetr i gave this role to the second user it worked.
