Go to a Platform Analytics dashboard and create a new data visualization with a List type. In your data source, enter the table you want. In my case I am using sn_hr_er_case.
Scroll to the display settings section and click the "Show links" boolean to set it to false.
This is supposed to show reference fields as plain text according to the documentation: List visualizations • Zurich Platform Analytics • Docs | ServiceNow
However, it is only doing it to the "Number" and "Subject person" columns. Columns such as "Assignment group" and "HR Service" are still clickable links.
Is this a bug within Platform Analytics?
