Report of Task handled by assignment group

Hi, I'm trying to find out if there is a way to extract the report that shows all assignment groups the ticket passed through?

I managed to do it with the "metric_instance" table but I would like the TASK information

Has anyone done this? can you help me?

Hello

Yes using metric instance you can acheive it However OOB only for incidet the configuration is done but no worries

go to metric_definition table In that find the definition created for assugnment group of incident

Open it and just change the table to catalog task and name and click on insert and stay

You metric defn fot assignment grp of task is ready Then you can report on it in the metric instance table
