Report on Email Notifications

Hi Team,

Can anyone guide here,

I am trying to create a report on email notification table for change notifications where conditions Type is Normal, Standard or emergency.

Are you saying that you need a report for all the notifications that go through the Change Request table ?

Yes but based on conditions where type is standard, Normal.

Well there's no real solid way to retrieve a report based on just one condition of type like that .

But you can try something like this on the notification table to filter out based on type in the conditons.

then you can export the xml of it. 

If you want to create a separete report which would run daily, weekly , you can always make the use of Servicenow Report and have a customized report.
