Report Ranges for Task SLA Business Percentage

Hello, I'm trying to make a time series column chart in the Task SLA table, and I group by Business Elapsed Percentage field. I created Report Ranges for this field, and these buckets are the only ones for this field, for this table.
But when visualizing the chart, in addition to my buckets, there are also 0-19, 20-39, etc. Why did these show up? And how can I remove them? And their presence also impacts the bucketing itself; my bucket of 0-75 is not accurate, its doing 59-75 instead.
This is happening in Xanadu and Yokohama.

Kindly verify that all ranges are being applied in the same order. Ensure consistency in the order across all defined ranges.
