Report the average number of incident resolved by a technician per month

I would like to create a report for each technician showing them the number of tickets they have resolved, compared to their team's total and the average for a technician on their team per month. I'm stumped on how to do the average. I know how to do it in PA, but I can't create a dynamic report "Assigned to is(dynamic) Me" in PA for their personal dashboard. It's possible to set Average to many things in reports, but can I not set it to average count per technician?
