Hello,
I'd like to ask whether there is an option to create a repot to show all Changes assigned to me / my group without any implementation tasks in Assigned state.
I tried to create that report (see below) but it returns me an error. I wonder if the problem is with filtering (it seems okay to me) or just with some Access restriction (which is weird).
If I understood correctly, the Related List Conditions supposed to set a right condition:
NO Change Task -> Change request (= no implementation tasks with (State - is- Assigned) Assigned state)
Would anyone be able to advise on that?
Thanks

That is really weird. Can you try running a report on the Change Task table based on state and make sure you have access to that field? The only other thing I can think of is maybe some kind of syntax or other error in an ACL that might be causing it to bomb out? If none of those work, I'd suggest opening a HI ticket, because that looks like some kind of bug or corruption issue to me.
Sorry I can't be of more help,

I tried a new separate report based on "State" field and it's working. Also, filtering based on other fields are working fine - if I change "State" for "Task Status" it doesn't return an error (but obviously not reporting what I need...)
I raised a ticket to investigate further, seems to be the only solution for now.
I'd also like to ask whether it possible to set multiply Related List Conditions in the same report?
For example, no task in "Assigned" state (so it's "Equal to 0 / None selected table records are related to a record on)
+ one task in "In progress" state ("Equals to 1 selected table records are related to a record on)
both in the same report?
Thanks a lot

When I was at Knowledge17, they explicitly said that you can't add multiple related queries in one report. 😞 Hopefully they'll address that at some point. The query syntax involves RLQUERY and ENDRLQUERY delimiters, I haven't tried putting multiple of those manually in a report query. I don't know if it would just bomb out, AND them together, OR them together, or do something completely undefined.

You can't (but it would be nice). You can get around the issue using scripted filters with RLC to get the same effect. Take a look at this article:
