I'd like to ask whether there is an option to create a repot to show all Changes assigned to me / my group without any implementation tasks in Assigned state.
I tried to create that report (see below) but it returns me an error. I wonder if the problem is with filtering (it seems okay to me) or just with some Access restriction (which is weird).
If I understood correctly, the Related List Conditions supposed to set a right condition:
NO Change Task -> Change request (= no implementation tasks with (State - is- Assigned) Assigned state)
Would anyone be able to advise on that?

I tried it with the following condition
Greater than 0
Change Task -> Change request
State is not Open
When running the report it show me the only change request which has change tasks but none of the change tasks are in state Open.
If I change the report with the following conditions it do return all changes without a task and changes with tasks but none of the tasks are in state open
No
Change Task -> Change request
State is Open
