Reporting on average number of tickets

Hello!

How do I create a report showing the average number of tickets resolved by a group member (ex. Network team) per month?

If you're looking for numbers over time (ex: Chuck had 5 resolved in March, 7 resolved in April, 10 resolved in May) then I recommend taking a look at Performance Analytics.

The requirement is to get the average tickets resolved from March to May from your example. I'm looking for a report to display 7.33 (average of 5, 7, 10).

You can duplicate the indicator - Number of resolved incidents - and change Aggregate to Avg. Then make sure there is a breakdown Assigned to so you can get avg numbers by assigned to:
