Breakdown Sources in PA Dashboard

Hi All,

I have created a PA Dashboard using some OOTB indicators and added Breakdown Sources (with same fact table as of Indicators) to the Dashboard.

I have selected the checkbox of "Follow element" also but the Widgets do not refresh on selecting a breakdown.

Note: Indicators are based on fact table of Incident & lets say I have a breakdown 'Priority'.

Hi,

please have a look at the official documentation:

Note: If the widget is added to a breakdown dashboard and the user selects the same breakdown on the widget and on the dashboard, the dashboard breakdown is ignored. However, when the user selects any other combination of widget and dashboard breakdowns, both breakdowns apply.

Thanks for your answer.

However by 'breakdown on a widget' do you mean to say breakdown on indicators OR breakdown on dashboard wen the type of visualization is breakdown? I have none like these.

In order to filter on breakdown you need to have mapping set in breakdowns, data collected correctly with the same breakdowns added to indicators.
