Reporting on average number of tickets

Hello!

How do I create a report showing the average number of tickets resolved by a group member (ex. Network team) per month?

Hi Michael,

 

I'm facing the same issue. And when I change the "Aggregate" field to "Average" a new "field" opens up, I assume it's asking for what field I want to average.

However I want to determine the AVERAGE COUNT of tickets resolved by each user, not the average of a specific field value. How would I configure the indicator to report on the AVERAGE COUNT OF TICKETS RESOLVED PER DAY BY ASSIGNED TO?
