Reporting on Which Widgets Published on Which Dashboard(s)

Is there a table that can be used to report on which Widgets that are published on one or more Dashboards?

On the 'Widgets'   section, you see a Dashboard count column on the right.

Hej,

Yes through the dashboard counter I can see how many dashboards a widget is published on but I fail to find which dashboards widgets are published on… any Ideas?

Hallo,

It is possible, but not easy or with a report. The source table is 'sys_portal_preferences'. In this table the value column shows the sys_id of the widget, and the portal section shows the sys_portal page the widget is shown on. These are linked with the dashboards.

Hi Lena,

You can find the information you need under Homepage Admin -> Pages. Here you'll find the pages used as a dashboard with in each dropzone the widget it contains. Not sure how to create a report out of this, but this is the place where the widget is tied to the dashboard page.
