Hi
I need to build a report that gives the number of calls logged per day and closed per day over a specified period but cannot for the life of me work out how to do it.
I also need to build a report of totals: So on day 1 we had 4 calls opened and 2 closed then on day 2 we had 6 opened and 7 closed. Example below of what I mean, is it possible to do this without the analytics module?

Yes it does but what I am looking for is the following
One bar that shows the total number of incidents logged on a given day and the total number of calls closed on that same day, repeated for a specified period of time.
Unless I am missing something(Which is eminently possible) the graph we have created tells me how many calls were logged on a given day and if they are still open or now resolved
