Is it possible to create report 

Revert Tracking – Add metric/report that captures reverts - tickets that are sent back to L1 or reassigned to other teams.

if yes How ?

Hi @pramn 

Yes, 100%. Create a metric on the Assignment Group field and use that data to build the report.

 

Like in report 

where old value in SD Group and New value is L1
