reports are showing incorrect value

Hi all, I have a problem wherein in the report in the dashboard shows 0 record but if I use the interactive filter it now shows 2 records. I have a report that has a dataset. What could be the cause of this issue? Thanks!

Please share some screenshot of your report configuration and interactive filter configuration. By doing this, it will be much easier to help you.

Hi, this has been resolved. It has something to do with the max number of groups in the report
