Reports - How to create a NEW palette (color to be use in the report outside of the defaults)

I am new at this and may have missed it.  But I have not been able to see direction on how to create a new Palette.

I see where the default shows where I can create a New Chart Color scheme or Create a New template but I am not sure what is the impact - on how it works  - pointing me out to the documentation or steps will be greatly appreciated

You can create new Chart Color Schemes (palettes) using the Chart Color Schemes link under the Reports module:

One thing to keep in mind -- if you are using colors not part of the existing palettes  -- you have to "create" the different colors to then create a new palette and chart colors.
