Hello Community, I am currently in the process of designing a comprehensive dashboard for our Assignment Groups to better manage their daily intake. I am curious to see how others are balancing 'Real-time' data (Active Tickets) vs. 'Trend' data (Performance Analytics). If you have a layout that is easy to get data from and maybe leadership, would you mind sharing a redacted screenshot or describing your widget configuration? I'm particularly interested in how you've handled the mix of different task types (RITMs vs Incidents) in a single view. I have a super basic layout as attached which I want to make look nice.
