I have seen a Service Operations Workspace where Platform Analytics dashboards are configured so that when a visualization/report is based on a table, clicking through to the underlying records opens the list directly below the dashboard.
This is very useful, as the user stays on the dashboard instead of being taken away from it to a separate list view, making it less intuitive for most users to return to the dashboard.
I am not sure how this behavior was configured, but I would like to know whether something similar is possible for visualizations based on an indicator rather than table based.
Ideally, when drilling down from an indicator-based visualization, I would like the underlying visualization to be shown below the dashboard in the same way as for table-based visualizations.
Is this supported in Platform Analytics / Service Operations Workspace, and if so, how is it configured?
