Hi all,

I am looking for a help and stepwise guidance for creating a Cycle Time, Lead time for changes and Throughput metrics in Servicenow agile development 2.0.

Define your metrics (how do you measure Cycle Time, Lead Time, etc > trust me, it sounds weird, but I have seen companies define these in very different ways) and then create your metrics on that.

There are OOB metrics you can use as example (start at field value x, end at field value y). But start with exactly knowing how you measure them, because metrics will only show data from after you create them.

Thanks for your response. Cycle Time = Time taken from Work in Progress to Done

and Lead time for change = Time taken from Work in Progress to deployed in Prod.

Can you please tell me steps to do it.

Did you check the OOB metrics? What did you already try and where are you stuck?
