I’m facing an issue with the ServiceNow Script Debugger in my instance.
I’m trying to debug a server-side script, but the debugger is not triggering and the breakpoint is not being hit. I have tried multiple times and tested different approaches, but the issue still persists.
The script itself is executing, but I’m unable to debug the execution using Script Debugger.
Could you please help me understand:
- What could cause Script Debugger not to trigger?
- Are there any system properties, roles, scope restrictions, or configurations that I should verify?
- Are there any known limitations regarding debugging scripts from scoped applications?
Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
