ServiceNow User Experience Analytics - data source not visible

Morning all,
I am trying to build visualisations in Platform Analytics using User Experience Analytics. Our admins have confirmed that the User Experience Analytics PAR Integration application is installed, and I have the analytics_viewer role.
However, when I go to configure the data source of a new visualisation, the User Experience Analytics data source does not appear (only Suggested, Tables, and Indicators).
Is there something else I need my admins to do to switch this on?

Hello, we had the same issue last week after upgrading to Xanadu. We fixed it by updating/repairing the plugin: sn-app-par-components-insights-panel

No problem, if it doesn't work, I also noticed that sometimes you have to type one of the three options under user Analytics section in the search ("users", "events" or "sessions"), so that they appear in the search
