Show only 5 records at a time for list report results on the Dashboard

Hello!

I created a report for my dashboard which contains a list of records, but I would like it to only show 5 records at a time on the Dashboard. Could someone please help me to do this?

Is there any condition for the table to display only 5 records or  should it display only 5 latest records ?

Hey hillarydixon,

 For showing  5 records at a time on the Dashboard You need set in widget-->List Setting--->Page size is 5.

 You can sort it in ascending and descending as per your requirement.

It will display only 5 records at a time on dashboard.
