Show percentages on reports

Hello everyone,

I want to create a report showing in percentages the number of incidents breached monthly, reported to the number of total incidents. Is there a possibility to add percentages to a Pivot Report?

Many thanks and best regards,

Oana

Hi, the percentage should be visible when you hover over the individual bars. If you are using Geneva and above then use the gear next to the type field and check "Display data labels" and it should show you the percentage. Configuring Chart Colors - ServiceNow Wiki

Hovering over the graph is only useful if your viewing reports within the software, not if exporting or sending the reports daily/weekly/monthly. The y axis should represent the percentage visually i.e. 0 to 100, this simple functionality seems to be lost on ServiceNow and you have to export to use more advanced software like.... excel!!!

Hi!

Is there a solution to this nowadays? You can choose to display data table for a column chart and it will have the percentages in the table, but I would like to have the percentage as data labels in the chart... We don't have Performance Analytics.

Hello, I am interested in this as well.

I am able to create a report with count per month, but I am interested in the percentage of a subgroup within the total count.

I created two reports that display count - one displays total and the other displays the subgroup, but what I'm trying to do it create a report of the percentage of the subgroup per month to track if it is trending up or down.

Is there an available solution for this within ServiceNow reporting?
