Single Score - Show Real-time updates not working

Hello,

Tried this in our Downstream Helsinki environments and in my dev instance and can't get it to work. Has anyone had any issues with the Responsive Dashboard 'Show Real-time Updates'? I'm using a Single Score with a count of Critical Active Incidents with Show Real-time Updates checked. I have placed this onto a responsive Canvas. The Responsive Canvas Plugin has been enabled. the Real-time indicator shows that the Single Score should be displaying Real-time updates but it simply doesn't work. Am I missing a step?

As far as I know the "show real time updates" on the *indicator* is the critical component.   I've just started digging into the responsive canvas.   Sounds buggy if so though.   Have you contacted /hi?

I have just set up a screen to monitor queues and some metrics, and can see it is not working consistently.

Would your widget be querying a view by any chance? We have several real-time single-score widgets querying views that are not doing the real-time update. We are awaiting confirmation from ServiceNow against the theory that real time update does not occur when querying from a database view table or dot-walking fields.
