Hello,
Because the sync has stopped working properly with ServiceNow User records and AD when updates are made to AD accounts, the Manager field is incorrect on many of our User accounts. How can I build a report that shows User Accounts with a Manager with an inactive / locked out User account? We're on Zurich.
Thanks,
Trish

Thank you, Dr. Atul G. I didn't realize that dot-walking was available in the query. Much to learn. I got the exact result I needed with your advice. Many thanks.
