Single Score shows list of sys_ids instead of display values when clicked on

When I use the interactive filter like in the image below inside a dashboard then clicks onto the Single Score Visualization it shows IS ONE OF sys_ids instead of it's display values inside the Filter. Is this behavior normal ?

* Filter in the dashboard

* Clicks onto the Single Score Visualization then open the filter

hi @sieusaopolo15 

there is unfortunately no direct fix to force the classic UI condition builder to resolve those display values when passed this way. THis is the out-of-the-box behavior in ServiceNow.
