I am trying to replicate a report which I currently have in excel;
It shows historically, the open problem count trending by month, these are static figures we input therefore they do not change over time and show what the open problem count was at the end of each month.
I have tried to replicate this report using performance analytics, however the data being displayed changes over time when problems are closed (as I am filtering State | is not | Closed, given I want to show 'Open Problems'). Is it possible to get the report to show what figures were at the end of each month and make that figure static and not change as problems are closed?
This is what the performance analytics report currently looks like, the figures should all be around 195 if they were a snap-shot in time
I have also already tried creating a formula indicator which takes the data from the last day of the month but it gave the the same results as this report.
