Good morning servicenow community.

I need answers to questions and support with a situation.

I'm trying to implement a small adjustment to my client's indicators that are monitored by Performance Analytics Workspace.

Where I have the following scene:

I have a new element on the dashboard that is fetching data from the Incident_SLA table.
The metric is set to "Avarage" in the Business Elased Time column.

My goal is for the number on the display to change color according to the color rules condition, that is, when the value is less than or equal to 30, the number should turn red and when it is greater than or equal to 31, the number should turn green.
But when I configure the color rules in this condition, it is not working, that is, the color rules are not being applied.

NOTE:
The value is configured to show only days, but the Business Elated Time field is a field of type Days, hours, minutes and seconds, that is, this field shows days, hours, minutes and seconds.

Hanley my Friend, good morning,
I hope you're doing well.
About this scene I managed to solve the problem.
I solved it by doing the following.
When I went to put the color properties rules on the graph.
Just convert the interval to seconds.

Ex:
When 3 days pass, it will turn red.
Then you convert 3 days into in this case you have to enter the time condition with the value 259200 (3 total days converted to m seconds)

Therefore, the logic is the same for any amount of time, as long as you convert the values to seconds.

I have the same issue, but I believe that the fault lies within the use of a calculated field. If the field is a running clock which sums at closure, I do not believe you can add color rules to it.

I confess that I racked my brains until I discovered this, and I saw that it is doubted by many people here in the community. I hope that with this, people who view it will be able to resolve this scene, as the service now documentation for this topic does not explain this. I had to find out by trying and trying.
A big hug.
