Sorting a Group By Field in Report

Hi,

When creating a List type report, you will have the option to Group by a field. Once chosen, your data will be grouped by that field. The list report will show the data grouped by the field chosen, however the order of the grouped by field cannot be changed even when using the Add Sort Field option.

E.g. I'm creating a list report to show the incidents that I have closed. I've grouped those incidents by their parent incident and I want the report to list the parent incident number in a descending order ( currently it's in an ascending order). Please advice if that can be done.

Have you tried "Add sort" button in the report

I've done that. What I want is to sort the assignment groups from z-a. now they are sorted from a-z! Do you get what I mean?
