Sow Button in Sc Task record to show below fields
1. Show ScTask - Drop down choice to show list of Sctasks under this RITM
2. To - reference to user table
Once user chooses Sctask choice , The "To" field should get populated with ScTask Assignment Group members.
on change of SCTASK again , it should populate the TO Field with the selected Catalog Task Assignment Group members
