I was advised that we can calculate User Story effort based on the sprint. However, I have a question regarding stories that span multiple sprints.
For example, a User Story may be carried forward across 3-4 sprints before it is finally completed and deployed. In such cases, how should the effort be calculated accurately?
Based on my current understanding, effort can be estimated using the story points assigned to the User Story. However, I would appreciate your guidance on the most effective and efficient approach for effort calculation in these scenarios.
Additionally, could you please advise on how best to leverage Time Card Management for tracking the actual hours spent on User Stories across multiple sprints? I am interested in understanding the recommended practice for capturing and reporting actual effort versus estimated effort.
