Tab somehow overwrites another tab on Dashboard

I've seen this happen twice now - while working on and using a dashboard in Platform Analytics.

Three tabs - three different sets of elements. Go away, come back and tab 1s elements are now the exact same as tab3 - refresh, cache refresh and no change. Rebuilt tab1 again.

A colleague has built another dashboard and experienced this same issue, tab 1 and 3 are now suddenly the same. Anyone know why this would be happening?

I have noticed that if you leave a browser tab open for a while with the dashboard open, you have to refresh for the controls on the page to work.

What was the answer from ServiceNow on this?

Hi @JamesGrant ,

Did the issue reoccur after updating the plugin, also did the support mention any particular root cause of the issue?

Thank you

We are currently experiencing the same issue for a specific user. Any update on this "plugin update fix"? Thank you!

I just had the exact same problem.  I was working on a dashboard in platform analytics.  It has 3 tabs.  I was changing from one tab to another with the Edit mode on to change the layout.  My second tab overwrote my 1st tab.  So my first and second tab now show the exact same content and the previous content of my first tab is gone.
