In my last version which is Yokohama this table is still exists why in Australia this table "par_dashboard_cache" is no longer exists. If this table is not exist then how can I refresh my dashboard cache ?

In my instance, there are some old dashboards which contain Content Block or many old components from Core Dashboard and when I use the migrate function to use the Platform Analytics version, I encountered a problem with dashboard's cache when I try to deploy changes of a dashboard inside a update set.

Hi @sieusaopolo15

With the Australia release (March 2026), legacy dashboards are managed differently, and Platform Analytics components are now supported through a more unified framework—making this table either obsolete or replaced by a newer, more efficient caching mechanism.

The par_dashboard_cache table is probably no longer available or in use in your Australia release instance due to updates in ServiceNow’s caching approach for the Platform Analytics Experience .

Here is Servicenow documentation on Australia Release - How to clear Cache for PA

Data caching in Platform Analytics

Workaround

The functionality should not be displayed in the inline dashboard, as it is not intended to work.

Instead, we have implemented a scheduled refresh at the dashboard level to leverage auto-refresh functionality.

  1. After creating the in-line dashboard
  2. Click Edit --> Settings icon
  3. Under 'Data Refresh' --> Toggle on option 'Scheduled repetition'
  4. Set the section 'Refresh interval (minutes)' as per your business requirements (Please note: Minimum refresh interval is 10 minutes.)

Also you can -

In the instance, navigate to cache.do and clear the cache.

Log out and then log back in to the instance.

@sieusaopolo15

yes this is standard behavior in Australia version

  • Core UI dashboards are deprecated and unsupported going forward
  • Platform Analytics becomes the default experience

In Australia this could be possible reason

The par_dashboard_cache table:
  • may not be visible
  • may be access-restricted
  • or may be replaced internally and no longer queryable
