I am looking to create a report on Tickets (various types, mainly Change records), assigned to a nominated Assignment Group, which have a Tag attached. i.e. logically, List any ticket of type "nnnn" (e.g. Chang/Incident/etc.) where assignment group = "xxxx" and where a Tag (any tag) is Attached
Ideally in 1 report if possible, because Tag presence & Assignment Group are the main factors. So really it's about getting a list of tagged tickets assigned to a nominated group.
Change Records is where the most interest lies, and there is a TAGS filter for change reporting, but the only option for it is "SELECT LABEL", and there does not seem to be an option for "any label" (because I don't care what the label is to get the report), and it's a bit laborious to have to include all the possible tag values and have to keep the report up to date every time a tag is removed/changed/added, so having an option to select where "tag is anything" is far preferable
Is any of this possible/doable ?
