Trying to build a (what I thought was) simple report showing columns: 'Article details' 'SCTASK details' 'variables of SCTASK'. 

 

trying to build this from the m2m_kb_task table. variables are not selectable. Chat GPT is giving a very complicated and unreliable solution. 

 

Purpose: to review tickets that have been raised and linked to articles, in a way that we can get good categorised data.

You will need to create a database view, including all data/tables you need to enable you to create this. It's not a simple report, unfortunately.
