Time allocation by agent

I need to create different reports on imputed time per agent.

This will be used to analyze the productivity of the company's resolution agents.

The reports are:

1. Imputed time per case
2. General imputed time
3. Average imputed time per case
4. Average time imputed by category.

Our definition for imputed time is associated with the time cards that each agent completes when they resolve cases.

I wonder if the business duration might not be the way to go here, on our side we have a metric for assign to duration that we use
