Hi,

Dashboards to delete

  1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Dashboard Administration.
  2. Click the dashboard that you want to delete to open it.
  3. Click Delete.

old or inactive Reports

In order to create a report on inactive users for more than 24 hours, I would like to suggest you to add the condition of "UPDATED ON 'your particular requirement' " along with active = false.

If my reply helps you at all, I’d really appreciate it if you click the Helpful button and if my reply is the answer you were looking for, it would be awesome if you could click both the Helpful and Accepted Solution buttons! 🙂

Hi Nagaraja,

there is no such thing as inactive reports or inactive dashboards

if you don't need that then you can either delete it from sys_report table or remove them from your dashboard

steps for dashboard removal

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/helsinki-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/dashboards/task/t_DeleteADashboard.html

Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

I would try to report on dashboard or reports where created by or owner user is inactive already.

Then check whether they are still shared and used. If not we can delete them.
