to have more granular indicators ?

I made KPIs: Delay first email, Delay new to Open, Delay Open to Resolve, Delay partner pending, etc.

On the analytics platform everything is OK on my filters, but for the graphs I want to display the boxes to get details: 0-5 min and/or 5-15 min and/or 15-30 min and/or 30-60 min and/or 1h-2h, …..

I can't manage to do it, I only get graphs of this type.  Has anyone encountered this problem before? I would welcome any suggestions please. For advanced, thanks for your help:ScreenHunter 4540.png
