Trend by month report by % in platform analytics

Hi,

I want to create a trend report by month by % in platform analytics.

We can create trend/column type report that shows the value but on the graph or line there is a requirement to show %?

Is it possible in platform analytics? please let me know.

According to your description, what do you then mean by "outage hours by %". E.g. If you 100 outage hours last month, what would you then calculate the percentage based on?

Hi,

So, for example if we have 

100 Outage hours last month

40 hours are caused by change (we have a field "caused by change", if any change is moved to PROD and that change is causing a MI or outage)

so percentage would be 40% right?

and then we want to breakdown(drill down to) type of outages and its percent to show up.

there is an option to drill down in platform analytics.

Hi @vishnumaaya ,

Then it's quite simple. You should have two automated indicators. one which collect the total sum of outage downtime and one that collects outage downtime with a breakdown of caused by. By doing this, you can create a formula indicator that have the calculation in place.
