UI Builder Workspace Dashboard inaccessible without ITIL/Incident Manager role

I have created a Workspace Dashboard in UI Builder using Data Visualization components. Users are assigned a custom role (hr_dashboard_user) through the HR-User group and also have the incident_write role.,check attachments

Issue: 
Users can access the workspace dashboard only when they are assigned the ITIL or Incident Manager role. If these roles are removed, they receive the error:

"Security constraints prevent access to requested page"

Expected Result:
Users with the hr_dashboard_user role should be able to access the workspace dashboard without requiring ITIL or Incident Manager roles.

Request:
What is the minimum role, ACL configuration, or workspace permission required to allow these users to access the dashboard without granting broad ITSM roles such as ITIL or Incident Manager?

HR Dashboards looks like a custom route. This would have created an ACL underneath which is likely what is blocking access. 

Look at your ACLS, specifically "UX Route" ACLs. There will be one for your custom workspace. Review the roles defined on the ACL

yes @Kieran Anson , could you please exactly what i should do for this is Custom route dashboard, and those User form that HR-Group, only those should see that dashboard and reports without ITIL and incident manger role.

did you debug using security rules and see which ACL is failing?

Once I assigned the canvas_user role to the user, the issue was resolved. Thanks.
