Unable to add a widget

I am suddenly unable to add a widget to existing dashboards in PROD. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

We are in Helsinki version.

I can click on the +, and select PA in the drop down - but then get stuck on the wheel/loading state.

I am not having the issue in sub prod environments.

I had the same problem today when I found your post.

Turns out I had a widget that somehow got saved with no name.   Even though name is a required field it was null. Once i set a name for the widget record the add widgets pane loaded without an issue.

After 4 months this issue was reported, now I have the same problem and continues to haunt us. Does anyone got a solution for this by now?

If you go to the widget list, you could check if there are empty names, or maybe a special character that causes the issue
